For parents and guardians

A little more clarity for the people who care most.

A subject they're curious about. A course at their own pace. Here's how to get started together and stay involved along the way.

What to expect

Their curiosity, with you in their corner.

Safe and private by design

Your courses stay in your account. No ads, no public student profiles, no open chat with strangers. We do not sell personal information.

Free to get started

Start with 1 active course, with no credit card needed. Archive it to make room for a new subject while keeping your earlier work.

Progress you can see

Explore completed topics, XP, streaks, and badges together on your student's dashboard. See where they've been and talk about what comes next.

A simple family routine

You do not need to know every answer.

A short conversation can help a learner notice what they understand and what deserves another look.

  1. 1. Choose one manageable goal

Ask what they want to understand, then choose a small study goal together. A ten-minute session can be a comfortable place to start.

  2. 2. Ask for an explanation

Try: “How would you explain that in your own words?” Let your learner walk you through a question or show you a flashcard they're practicing.

  3. 3. Check something together

Compare an AI explanation with class notes, a textbook, or a reliable reference. If they disagree, help your learner ask a teacher.

Make AI part of a thoughtful study routine

Courses are AI-generated, not individually teacher-reviewed. Prompts and responses are screened, but AI can still make mistakes or produce inappropriate material. Compare important explanations with a textbook or teacher, and use Report a mistake on a topic or quiz when something needs a second look.

Use LearnefAI alongside class materials and follow your school's AI-use rules. It is a practice tool, not an accredited course or a replacement for a teacher.

More about learning with AI

Private by default, thoughtful by habit

Keep prompts focused on the subject. Leave out names, passwords, medical information, school records, and other people's private details.

There are no ads, public student profiles, or open chats with strangers. Our Privacy Policy explains what is stored, which services process it, and how to request deletion.

Keep the conversation going

Review progress together in the learner's dashboard. Weekly parent summaries, when available in Profile, require the learner to opt in and a parent or guardian to confirm the invitation. If the option is unavailable, no summaries will be sent. Creating an account never enrolls anyone in parent emails.

Start with a conversation, not a commitment.

You can explore every public subject sample without an account. If your learner is ready to try creating a course, the current free plan includes 1 active course. Explore the free plan.
